Office Yoga Ab Crunch

This sequence is a great way to get some core ab exercises in during your work day. This exercise can be performed from your work chair.
Start by sitting on the edge of your chair with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Grab the sides of your chair and lean back slightly.
As you exhale, pull your knees upward and toward your chest as you crunch your upper body forward using your abs, and not arms.
As you inhale, lower feet almost to floor, but don’t let them touch until the end of the set.
Make sure you perform this movement in a slow and controlled manner by not letting the momentum of your legs do the work for you.
I like to do 3 sets of 10 a few times per week, but you can adjust the amount of crunches to your fitness level.
